Currant smoothie for glow
This pink smoothie is not high in sugar, but is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and good fats. The smoothie combination is a great way to nourish the skin from the inside.
|half a cup||water|
|half a cup||plant-based milk|
|a small handful||frozen currant|
|2 teaspoon||the blend For Skin Glow|
|1 teaspoon||peanut butter|
|extra:||frozen vegetables such as zucchini or cauliflower|
Put everything in a blender and shake well for a few minutes. Enjoy!
