Delivery of goods
In Lithuania, we deliver products by the following methods:
Omniva self-service parcel terminals (within 1 – 3 days after order confirmation)
DPD self-service parcel terminals (within 1 – 3 days after order confirmation)
By courier (within 1 day after order confirmation)
The courier delivers orders on weekdays until 5 p.m.
Attention! During quarantine, the delivery of goods may be delayed up to 5 days.
We deliver products abroad by regular mail (7 – 14 days)
Delivery charges
In Lithuania for orders from € 66.00 delivery via terminals is FREE.
For orders in Lithuania up to € 66.00, an additional delivery fee applies:
via terminal from€ 2.50, by courier € 3.93.
Return policy
However, if you would like to return an unopened package, we can certainly accept it and give you a refund, but we will ask you to cover the shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding!
